Choose a recurring task. Define its purpose, inputs, steps and expected outcome. Then design and test how AI can support your research, analysis, production or review needs.

How we’ll work

A concise standard operating procedure (SOP): A step-by-step guide to carrying out a task.

    Define the task

    Identify its purpose, inputs, steps, expected output and quality criteria.

    Identify the need

    Examine steps that take time, cause errors or need support.

  3. 03

    Design the use of AI

    Choose suitable tools and prompts, and define where human oversight is needed.

  4. 04

    Test and refine

    Try the workflow on a sample, evaluate the result and update your working instructions.

  1. Session 1 — Choosing a task, drafting a concise SOP, identifying where AI can help and running an initial exercise.
  2. Session 2 — Evaluating results, refining prompts, defining human oversight and updating the SOP.
