This site is operated personally by Rinet Hoşol as a natural person. The data controller is Rinet Hoşol. Both the brand and the website use the name Rinet Hoşol.

This draft covers individual and corporate inquiries and free training interest registrations on the Rinet Hoşol site. The website does not currently accept purchases or payments; interest registration does not create a confirmed booking or payment obligation.

Individual inquiries and interest registrations collect full name, email, selected programme and an optional message or intended AI task. Corporate inquiries also collect company, participant count, training need and optional preferred period. Phone numbers and card details are not requested.

Request type, page language, target period, creation time and technical identifiers used to prevent duplicate records are also retained. The general marketing preference is recorded separately. If you opt in, we record the date and time of your consent and the version of the consent wording.

Information is collected to assess your needs, respond to your inquiry and share dates and enrolment details for the cohort requested. General training and event announcements are a separate, optional preference; marketing consent is not required for interest-list correspondence.

Validation and request limiting are used to prevent spam, excessive requests and duplicate records. IP address and browser information are processed during the request to generate a security hash that is retained with the record. This hash is not treated as anonymous data.

Visitors cannot directly read or change inquiry records. Records are processed through authorised project/data-management access and the trusted server service.

The site and images are served through Lovable services; inquiry records are stored on Lovable Cloud. Fonts load through Google Fonts, which your browser connects to. Current LinkedIn and press links are external links; embedded LinkedIn posts are not enabled. When following an external link, the destination site’s data practices apply.

The controller’s address and request channel; activity-specific legal bases, retention and deletion periods, and provider transfer arrangements have not yet been completed. A verified channel for withdrawing general marketing consent has not yet been added either. Confirmation of the controller’s identity does not resolve these outstanding matters. Until this information is completed, the text is not presented as a final notice. No assurance is given that data stays only in Türkiye or that international-transfer requirements have been completed.

Under KVKK Article 11, you have rights to learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it is; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction of incomplete/inaccurate data; request erasure or destruction subject to KVKK Article 7; request notification of corrections and erasure/destruction to recipient third parties; object to an adverse result arising from analysis exclusively through automated systems; and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
