This site is operated personally by Rinet Hoşol as a natural person. The data controller is Rinet Hoşol. Both the brand and the website use the name Rinet Hoşol.

This draft covers individual and corporate inquiries and free training interest registrations on the Rinet Hoşol site. The website does not currently accept purchases or payments; interest registration does not create a confirmed booking or payment obligation.

Individual inquiries and interest registrations collect full name, email, selected programme and an optional message or intended AI task. Corporate inquiries also collect company, participant count, training need and optional preferred period. Phone numbers and card details are not requested.

Request type, page language, target period, creation time and technical identifiers used to prevent duplicate records are also retained. The general marketing preference is recorded separately. If you opt in, we record the date and time of your consent and the version of the consent wording.

The site and images are served through Lovable services; inquiry records are stored on Lovable Cloud. Fonts load through Google Fonts, which your browser connects to. Current LinkedIn and press links are external links; embedded LinkedIn posts are not enabled. When following an external link, the destination site’s data practices apply.

The site uses session storage to restore scroll position between pages. The application does not write personal form data to local storage. The purpose and lifetime of the service cookie have not yet been confirmed; cookie information remains incomplete. No assurance is given that the site uses no cookies.

The controller’s address and request channel; activity-specific legal bases, retention and deletion periods, and provider transfer arrangements have not yet been completed.
